Youth Training at 603 EVO
Lessons, classes and weekend clinics for young baseball and softball players this winter.
The habits players build at 10, 11 and 12 follow them for the rest of their careers. This winter we're offering more ways than ever for young athletes to learn the game the right way: a real warm-up routine, sound mechanics, arm care and lots of reps in a setting that keeps it fun. Book a private lesson, join a weekly class with friends, or spend weekend mornings rotating through every part of the game at our youth clinic.
Youth Lessons
Focused coaching on one part of your player's game. Every lesson is booked online, so pick the coach and time that work for your family. Athletes 13 and older book our 13U and Up lessons.
Youth Pitching Lesson
A one-on-one pitching lesson for young arms. Your pitcher builds a proper pre-throwing routine and learns the basic mechanics of pitching. A great fit for kids brand new to the mound and for experienced pitchers who want to keep building.
Youth Hitting Lesson
A one-on-one session built around one area of a young hitter's development: timing, contact or power. Over 3 to 5 targeted drills, your player works on sound mechanics, cleaner movement and more consistency at the plate.
Big Diamond Prep Hitting Lesson
The jump to the big diamond is a big one. Longer bases, deeper fences and faster pitching all ask more of a player's body. This lesson combines cage work across every part of hitting with targeted strength and movement exercises, so players are ready for the bigger field. Book it 1-on-1 or bring up to 2 friends and split the cost.
All-Skills Baseball Lesson
A well-rounded lesson covering throwing and pitching, hitting and fielding. Each session is shaped around what your athlete wants to work on, whether that's a little of everything or extra time on one skill. Book it 1-on-1 or bring up to 2 friends and split the cost.
Youth Classes
Real coaching, structure and competition in a small group, at a price that's easy to fit into a winter schedule. Classes are for players 12 and under and run from the week of November 16 through the end of April.
Class credits work for any youth hitting or pitching class, so you can mix and match. Packs are good for 365 days. No class Thanksgiving (Nov 26-27), Christmas (Dec 24-25) or New Year's (Dec 31-Jan 1). Classes run as normal during February and April vacation weeks and on Good Friday.
Youth Pitching Class
A fun, structured hour that teaches young pitchers how to train like real pitchers. Every class follows the same routine:
- Dynamic warm-up
- Pre-throwing work with bands, med balls and games like Spikeball
- A short lesson on basic throwing mechanics
- 20 to 25 minutes of throwing, usually ending with a competition
- Arm care to finish
Youth Hitting Class
A high-energy hour in the cages. Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up and movement prep, then hitters spend about 30 minutes working through drills and getting reps. Every class ends with a game, like a home run derby, a hard-hit competition or situational hitting.
Weekend Youth Development Clinic
Weekend mornings at 603 EVO are all about reps in every part of the game while having a blast. Each clinic starts with a group warm-up we turn into a game. Then players split into 4 or 5 stations covering fielding, throwing, hitting and pitching, rotating every 10 to 12 minutes. We wrap up with something fun, like dodgeball.
Who it's for: baseball and softball players who still play on the smaller field, mostly 12 and under. Softball players get the same fielding, throwing and hitting work (we don't coach underhand pitching yet).
Led by Dan Provost and the 603 EVO staff. Up to 30 players per day.
Pick your day: choose Saturday or Sunday and come that same day each week. If something comes up, make it up on the other day.

FAQ
How do I sign up?
Everything is booked online through Swift. Tap a booking button on this page, pick a time that works and you're set.
Which program is right for my player?
Classes are a great place to start: they're affordable and social, and they teach good habits. Lessons are best for players who want focused, one-on-one attention on a specific skill. The weekend clinic is perfect for younger players who want to try a bit of everything. Not sure? Email Carson and he'll point you in the right direction.
Can friends book a lesson together?
Yes. Big Diamond Prep Hitting and All-Skills Baseball Lessons take up to 3 athletes for one session price, so friends can split the cost.
Do class packs expire?
Packs are good for 365 days from purchase and work for any youth hitting or pitching class.
Is the weekend clinic open to softball players?
Yes. Softball players get the same fielding, throwing and hitting work. We don't coach underhand pitching yet.
What should my player bring?
Running shoes or turfs, shorts or sweatpants plus a sweatshirt (we keep it warm, but it can get chilly), and a water bottle. We have a filtered water fountain but no cups.
Are there sibling discounts?
No. We've kept youth pricing as fair as we can for everyone.
